Amazing! It really works. By the next morning, my swelling was down BY HALF. By day 4, I was walking normally and without pain!! I couldn't believe it, because I did it playing basketball and came down very hard on it. I think it was a grade 2 or 3 sprain. I got back to basketball in about 9 days, because I did not want to rush it too much. No problems since. I tell everyone at the gym about it, because I see guys sprain their ankles almost daily. Scott, you are the man... thank you so much!!
